We have 4 apartments. They have a sea view with panoramic view and all of them have a view to the mountains, the plain and the village. The building is located on the main coast road of Katapola in the center of the village 150m from the boat or dock, from which it can be seen. The building's coordinates are 36°49'36.03''B, 25°51'53.28''E. It is situated next to the marina, bakery, supermarket, tavern, pizzeria and to the ships agents. It is located 150m from the two main beaches on each side of the building and 50m from the bus station. The buses have regular departures to Chora, Monastery, Agia Anna and Aegiali. The two corner apartments have a main room with a double bed and a hall, where there is a single bed and a kitchen. All apartments have double bed, and kitchen, where breakfast and meals can be prepared. In each apartment a single bed can be added if needed. All four have their own bathroom, terrace, wifi, air conditioning and refrigerator. There is yet hot and cold water day and night. We adhere to the public health regulations regarding the pandemic.
The building is in a quiet place although it’s in the centre. 7:00pm until morning, cars are not allowed in this place.
