Katoi Apartment 1 in Agios Georgios Pagoi is a new renovated luxury apartment on the ground floor just steps away from the beach (20 metres) with large verandas. The apartment covers a surface of 80 sq.m , it’s modern furnished with light and bright colours and totally equipped with all facilities. From its front veranda you enter the open plan dining area that seats 6, a living room with large modern sofa and kitchen with inox appliances. A large glazing door leads to an outdoor dining area under the shade of a parasol and the sea breeze. In the apartment there are two bedrooms ,one with double bed and ensuite shower and the other with two single joined beds. Another bathroom with Jacuzzi is also provided for the guests’ relaxation. Katoi luxury Apartment 1 has central ventilation, flat screen TV, free Wifi and amazing sea view to the Ionian sea and the crystal water of Agios Georgios.

Neighbourhood information

Agios Georgios beach of Pagon is distinguished for its vast, sandy shore and for its clear crystal waters. On the right side, the northern one, the waters deepen abruptly while on the left side, the waters are very shallow and they are preferred by families with small children. You will find parasols, deck-chairs and showers on the beach. You can also join in various sea sports or you can rent a boat to visit the beautiful beach Porto Timoni and the nearby uninhabited islands. Along the shore there are many restaurants, taverns and coffee shops and anything you may need .
