Katoi Apartment 2 in Agios Georgios Pagoi is a new renovated luxury apartment on the first floor just steps away from the beach (20 metres). The apartment covers a surface of 80 sq.m, it’s modern furnished with large patio, surrounded by balcony and great sea view. Entering the apartment there is an open plan dining area that seats 6, a living room with large modern sofa and fireplace. A kitchen totally equipped with all facilities and inox appliances. Large glazing doors in the living room offer you the magnificent view of the Ionian Sea and the crystal water of Agios Georgios. In the apartment there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single joined beds. Both rooms share a large shower bathroom.

Neighbourhood information

Agios Georgios beach of Pagon is distinguished for its vast, sandy shore and for its clear crystal waters. On the right side, the northern one, the waters deepen abruptly while on the left side, the waters are very shallow and they are preferred by families with small children. You will find parasols, deck-chairs and showers on the beach. You can also join in various sea sports or you can rent a boat to visit the beautiful beach Porto Timoni and the nearby uninhabited islands. Along the shore there are many restaurants, taverns and coffee shops and anything you may need.
