Ktimakares Villas was a project that was completed in 2007. Karabinis Manuel, founder and director although bank employee saw the obvious, that's where born and grew up in an area of 50 acres, just outside the city of Heraklion, away from the noise of cities and mass tourism. It is a special place for rest and revitalisation both for him and for many visitors. Ktimakares - its name from the location of the area that says area with many walnut trees.

Our guests can let loose in the shade under the trees reading a book or sampling traditional meze and raki in the Cretan tavern which we lovingly built or taking a bicycle, horse into the river trail and the surrounding mountains making their way from the cave of the Holy Fire to the village of Tylissos with its rich archaeological findings and the unparalleled local hospitality.
Upon returning to the estate, the invinting B.B.Q, the fully equipped fitness room and the pool are at their disposal.
