Villa Afroditi is in a 2 minutes walk from the beach of Lagonissi in the vicinity of the Athenian Riviera, and as such it has an unobstructed view to the sea. It is located in the center of 5 acres land, surrounded by olive and pine trees. The 160 sq. m house has 3 bedrooms, all fully air-conditioned and beautifully decorated, each one with a balcony viewing the sea, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, a microwave and a dishwasher, 2 dining areas, one inside and one outside at the backyard with the barbecue area, and a spacious living room and a veranda with the staggering view to Saronikos, and the Aegina island. The sunset from the porch of Villa Afroditi is unforgettable. Satellite flat-screen TV and free wi-fi are also available. The walk in the garden and the terrace of the property is very relaxing and refreshing, and of course very appropriate for children and pets. The villa is in 20 km distance from Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, and 35 km from the Piraeus Port. It is also 25km away from Sounion cape and the Temple of Poseidon and 33km from the historic Center of Athens.

The location of Villa Afroditi is very privileged, since while it is "protected" in a 5 acres green land, at the same time it is very close to the market, the pharmacy, the pubs. the restaurants, the tavernas, and the beach, all in a walking distance. Of course, using a car will offer more opportunities for sight seeing, bathing, dining out, or visiting areas with archaeological interest.
