Lefkadian Gem Villas is a complex of 3 private newly built villas, just 950m away from Porto Katsiki beach. Each villa is 90 square meters and has an endless view of the Ionian Sea. There is an outdoor, fully furnished area and a private pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and is joined with a spacious living room. Our guests can also enjoy the sunset from their private balcony. Private parking spot and internet free of charge are available for all of the guests.

Our property is located less than a 1km away from Porto Katsiki beach. Porto Katsiki has been voted one of Europe's most beautiful beaches for several years in a row. Booking at Lefkadian Gem Villas means you get to have the opportunity to visit the beach by foot or car any time of the day. Being so close to Porto Katsiki also means that you get to enjoy the view of the Ionian Sea and its breathtaking sunsets. Egremni beach is also only 1,9 km away from our property. Vasiliki, a picturesque village with shops, supermarkets and restaurants is only a 20 minute drive from your villa. Near Lefkadian Gem Villas you can also find small cantines and restaurants with gorgeous views.
Our villas' location is ideal for people who want to experience the beauty of the island and the peace of nature combined with absolute privacy.
