Welcome to Liotrivi Houses @ Old Nikiti - Wheelchair Friendly We have 5 fully air-conditioned townhouses, built in the location of an old olive oil press using the same stones from the original building. The dominant colors of the houses are inspired from the stones with nuances of blue, olive green and grey. Four of the houses are 75m² to 80m² in two levels for up to 5 guests. The top level has two rooms both with queen sizes beds and one has it's own private balcony. In the ground floor there is a sofa that can be turned into a double bed. The fifth house is 100m², in three levels with three bathrooms for up to 7 people. All levels are connected with an elevator and the house is designed to be 100% wheelchair accessible. The top level has two rooms, one room with a queen size bed and its own balcony and the a room with two single beds. The basement room has two single beds and at the ground floor there is a sofa that can be turned into a double bed. In all houses, the ground level is a modern open kitchen living-room with access to a small patio. In addition we offer free parking, a shared open Kitchen/B​BQ and the possibility for a washing machine.

The town is divided in two parts, the old part where we are located and the modern, more touristic part. ​ You don't need to leave Nikiti to enjoy your time in our area as there is a 7km long town beach - promenade with restaurants and bars. Furthermore at the harbor you can can arrange for diving or a day trip excursions by boat. ​ In the old town you can visit the "Agios Nikitas" church, the Folklore Museum Of Nikiti, and later enjoy a drink at a local bar. Eventually the old Nikiti can be your starting for a hike or bike ride to the nearest village. ​ The area other than beautiful beaches, offers the possibility for hiking, biking (mtb/gravel and road), horse riding, wine tasting and more.
