Property information

The Micha Mare Luxury Villas is a complex of two villas of an extremely high standard, built in 2023 with many facilities for its guests, which can be rented either separately or both together for large groups, large families or friends. It can also be used for organizing weddings for up to 100 guests. They have two 150 m² swimming pools with jacuzzi, two courts for basketball, volleyball, tennis and two outdoor playgrounds with games and activities for young and older guests. The complex is only 1.5 km from Panormos, a picturesque fishing village of Rethymno with organized beaches and 3 km from the small town of Perama. The quality of construction, luxury and careful decoration, guarantee the relaxation and rest you are looking for during your vacation. The Micha Mare Luxury Villas complex consists of two independent two-storey houses with an attic, built with style, elegance and quality materials. Their total area is 700 m² (350 m² each) and they are built on an area of seven acres. They have a total of 14 bedrooms with the possibility of hosting up to 28 people. - Εvents are allowed upon request for up to 100 guests with additional charges. - The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg. - Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. An environmental fee (15 euro per night from March–October, 4 euro per night from November–February) applies by law. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately upon arrival. Quiet Hours: Summer (Apr 1 – Sep 30): 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00 Winter (Oct 1 – Mar 31): 15:30–17:30 & 22:00–07:30 Please be informed that the pool at the villa will be operational from April 1st to November 30th
