This is a spacious 200m2 new build villa with beautiful sea view from all the 3 bedrooms. The location is just a 6 minutes walk from Agios Onoufrios beach,15 minutes driving from Chania city center,the old town and the airport. At the next village 3 minutes driving you can find supermarkets bakery and restaurants which many of them can also deliver food to the villa without extra charge.
Closest bus stop is 2 minutes on foot.
