Your holiday villa on the outskirts of town in a quiet location Kyparissia, leaves nothing to be desired. The villa is located in a fenced, landscaped garden of about 2 000 sqm with a swimming pool (15 x 5 m), which is equipped with a Jacuzzi and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The villa has a total living area of ??350 sqm. The furniture and equipment of the villa is luxurious: Living Room with open kitchen, dining tables and fireplace, 2 other small kitchens are upstairs. There is a large outdoor kitchen with dining tables. There are 7 bedrooms, which are equipped as follows: 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 room with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 single bed and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, some with balconies. 5 bedroom apartment with air conditioning.
The villa has central heating and is therefore also used in winter wonderful
7 double rooms with private bathrooms. A haven for small groups, individual or cultural trips for yoga seminars. Have beautiful cozy villa on the outskirts of Kyparissia with pool and large garden for relaxation, meditation and fun.
The house is on a slope and has a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Kyparissia.
Kyparissia is a typical Greek town, with little tourism. It is just 1 km away and has all the shopping possibilities as small supermarkets, fish stalls, bakeries and every Saturday there is a market with local fruits and vegetables. Typical Greek taverns with an authentic Greek food invite you to linger. In the city there are many taverns, which can be reached by a walk of the Villa Flora. There are miles of sandy beaches and beautiful with a little luck you can see slip even small turtles (Caretta-Karreta).
In about 30 km away is a beautiful golf course with great Sp-range and other sports attractions. Many historical sites such as Olympia, the castle of Nestor, the Temple of Apollo, the ancient theater of Epidaurus, Nafplion, Eoropoli, Sparta and other attractions are within a day. Even a trip to the island of Zakinthos by ferry is a nice experience and a nice day trip.
