Maisonette 25 minutes from Sivota, by car or motorbike, and 30 minutes from Parga. In the village you will find grills and 300 meters away is Egnatia street. Downstairs there is a large composition of living and dining rooms, the kitchen, a bathroom and two separate bedrooms. Upstairs a double bed, its own bathroom and the space has air conditioning on both floors. Plenty of hot water due to boiler and household appliances (oven, washing machine, hair dryer, iron).
