Spacious studio , newly renovated in 2019, with modern and beautiful décor located on the 1st floor of a two storey house in the center but in a very quiet area of Argalasti village of South Pelion! It has a large double bed, a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It is an ideal all year-round option with cooling (a/c) and heating at no extra charge. It is ideal for two people and can also host a toddler on a babycot. It has two balconies that can be used throughout the day, the front overlooking the traditional fountain of the village, the famous bell tower of the Church of the Holy Apostles and the eastern part of the village and Pelion with amazing sunsets.
The property is just a 3-5 minute walk from the picturesque village square and all the shops, taverns, cafes, markets, pharmacy, gas station and bakery. Upon prior arrangement, there is the possibility of early or late check in – check out and you can leave your belongings if you come earlier or leave later.
