Amazing views across the sea to Amorgos. A beautiful swimming bay minutes from our cottage overlooked by a very small church. The cottage was spacious and we were very comfortable.

The cottage was beautiful, clean and with all the amenities. It's secluded so the location is great for calm and quietness, perfect to enjoy the nature and the sea. Astrid and Nikos are so friendly and caring, they're the best hosts!

Astrid was very helpful, showed us a very hidden beach and baked some wonderful bread loaves. This is a fabulously remote part of the island.

Company information

I live on Naxos since 1995, have studied biology and love introducing our guests to the island of Naxos. I have a lot of knowledge about everything that is worth seeing on Naxos, with the history and with the fauna and flora of the island. I am happy to organise excursions and hikes with guests who are interested.

Property information

We rent out four holiday homes built in traditional style from natural stone, situated in a very quiet location directly by the sea. We offer you a unique holiday providing a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in an authentic environment that is still relatively untouched by tourism. Our property is particularly suitable for nature lovers, ecologically aware guests, those seeking peace and relaxation and families with children. As far as possible and depending on the season, we provide our guests with home-baked bread and home-grown organic vegetables from our garden.

Neighbourhood information

Our holiday homes are located right by the sea, surrounded by unspoilt nature with olive trees, maquis, an idyllic little sandy beach and picturesque rocky coastline. Azalas is one of the few still areas of the island of Naxos that are still relatively untouched by tourism, of unique scenic beauty, secluded and peaceful. The cosy little harbour village of Moutsouna with its tavernas and sandy beaches is just 2 km away. The nearest larger village is the traditional, picturesque village of Apiranthos, in the mountains in 500 m height. The island of Naxos is very varied, offers many sights from its many hundreds of years of history and is ideal for hiking.
