My name is Padelis Chios , and with my mother Ms Paraskevi and my father Mr George , we welcome you to our farm. Our story began three generations ago when my father's grandfather , George Chios , acquired the land. My own grandparents , Padelis and Kiriaki , began to operate the farm and my father came to deeply love the agricultural lifestyle , a love which he passed on me . Through Naxian green life , we can share the story and the values of our farm but also to maintain this important way of life , which impacts everyone around us and we invite you to connect with us and our farmland through the unique Naxian gastronomy which we offer. We provide delicious farm-to-table meals created from food grown right here on our land , emphasizing the quality and freshness of our crops as well as the simple recipes and techniques passed down from our ancestors . When you stay with us , you choose a healthy , rewarding and consious lifestyle.We invite you to enjoy our beautiful island surrounded by a working farm , a luxury residence , and a dining experience you will never forget !
