The property was previously an artist’s studio and the house of a very famous musician. Has been renovated on Apr 19 with much respect to the old Athenian architecture.

Location – Location – Location. Located in the hip of the center of Athens and surrounded by 2 metro stations (Panormou - Katechaki) will easily take you to all the sights of the city. After the opening of the metro station at the central street of the area, named Panormou, more bars, clubs, restaurants opened there, by establishing the area as one of the hotspots of Athens nightlife scene. This is by far the safest area in the center of Athens to be accommodated. Why you should visit PANORMOU area : In order to see the genuine local life in Athens "live like a local Athenian experience" To walk along the pedestrian street of Alexi Pavli str which is full of cafes, bars, and clubs. To see the 1st Skyscraper in Athens To discover the hidden tavernas in the surrounding area. To see the university students and young people hang around there all day. In less than 5 minutes by metro, you get easily to the very center of Athens! By walking around, you can see nice small houses and many local tavernas next to big buildings also small stairs through which you go up the hill
