IN 2022 ALSO A LARGE LUXURY POOL Located on the west coast of the island, just 1,5 km from the picturesque seaside village of Agios Nikitas, this completely refurbished space gives birth to 6 modern studios with private balcony (5 of which on the first floor and one on the ground floor) and two spacious apartments with terrace (on the ground floor). All the studios and apartments were completely renovated in 2021. All the studios feature a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, wardrobe, A/C, 32” smart TV, separate toilet and a beautiful modern bathroom with a large shower (there is a curtain on the inside of the shower door for privacy). All the balconies on the first floor have got views towards the bay of Agios Nikitas and you will be able to enjoy the scenery over the fields and admire the beauty of the land. The apartments have got one bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with sofa which opens into a regular double bed, open plan modern kitchen and a bathroom with spacious shower. The studios are suitable for couples and the apartments for up to 4 persons. Free WiFi and private parking are also provided.

The position is ideal for exploring the entire island and it is only a 15 minute drive from the picturesque town of Lefkada.
