Nissia has been designed and built in the unique architectural heritage of the picturesque island resort of Spetses and incorporates a carefully restored early 20th century building which has been officially declared and listed as a preserved monument of the industrial architectural heritage of Greece and one of the island's most significant historic monuments. The newly built high calibre residences were created with taste and special care for every detail by combining tradition with modern times.
