NN Luxury vila near Athens airport boasting a terrace is situated in the center of Spata city in a distance of 2,8 klm from Mc Arthur Glen Athens and 2,5 klm from Smart Park Athens. It features a small garden view and free wi fi. Both the bedroom and the big living room have a flat screen TV. A continental breakfast can be enjoyed at the property including coffee/tea, butter, jam, juice, croissants. The vila is fully heated and air conditioning. The nearest international airport is El. Venizelos airport, 7 klm approx. from this unique new property.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is in the center of Spata city, quite close to the main square and its restaurants/ cafes. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to super and mini markets, coffee shops and small traditional restaurants. The Mc Arthur shopping mall is in 5 min drive distance, full of shops and restaurants. There you can stroll around and enjoy happy moments!
