Panorama villa is located in the middle of a 4-acre farm that is overgrown with flowers, plants and crops, with a fully equipped 60m2 swimming pool and a large sports area. It is offered for rent throughout the year for beautiful holidays, since it is located in a short distance from the enchanting beaches. Moreover, Panorama Villa is 250 sq.m., fully furnished and functional (for up to 10 people) and extends over 2 floors. At the same time, a large, covered BBQ area of 32 sq.m. can be used, with a separate grill and external oven. Next to the BBQ area and under the deep shade of the trees, a 2nd dining table can be added for up to 12 people and with beautiful lighting in the evenings. The villa offers seclusion as there are no passing cars nor residents and the nearest habitable house is at a distance of 80 m.. Panorama villa is located between Aigio and Patra, in the town of Selianitika, 7 km from the center of Aigio (direction Patra). The distance from Athens (new National Highway) is 180 km, which is practically covered in 1.5 hours, from the airport "El. Venizelos" in 2 hours and from the new port of Patras is 37.2 km, which is covered in 25 minutes (approx.).
