Τottaly private!!!Close to the beach so you can hear the waves while falling asleep!!Ten(10)metres from the beach! A spusious and independed villa with everything you need for your holidays. Private pool 9x5 m,depth 1,20-1,60 also kids 0,5 depth,with big garden with volley ball net,huge terrages. Including:Free air conditioning,satelite tv,local tv,wi fi connection,cd player,washing machine,dish washer,hair dryer,safe box,cooking utensils,oven,toaster,kettle,microwave,juicer,frigde-freezer.White towlles,pool towels,sun lounger.Jucuzzi at master bedroom.BBQ,Private parking Just rellax and enjoy your villa!!! Sunsets on the west coast of Crete are amazing!!! Bed linen change for 7 days stay and more,maid servise after 5 days min stay. The old charcoal grandfathers house beside the sea,has been renovated and decorated by his grandson Pericles,a traditional musician and violin player with some international reput.Pericles used here his own unique style.Near at the ocean Pericles has inspired many of his musical successes! We organize private sailing cruises to Balos lagoon and Gramvousa island with our sailing boat.

I live in Kissamos with my family,but some days of the year i prefer to stay near at the ocean in ''pericles beach villa'',to writting and playing music!!! In my free time i enjoy fishing and sailing around the Aegean coastline with our sailing yacht'' EROS'' !!
Sfinari is a quiet fishing village west of Chania near to famous beach Falasarna,Balos and Gramvousa aisland and Elafonisi!!You will find lot of tavernas and a small market.
