Welcome to our newly built villa built 06/2024 that offers privacy, breathtaking views and natural beauty, ideal for a peaceful getaway. Enjoy our shared pool and BBQ facilities for unforgettable moments. Large yards provide plenty of space for relaxation, while complete privacy allows you to rejuvenate. The magnificent view of the surrounding landscape completes the enchanting experience. 3 comfortable villas of 85 sq.m. have been built on our site. ,75 sq.m and 50 sq.m where they have a comfortable living space with a fully equipped kitchen, two cozy bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Close to the wonderful nature, it offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our complex is located in the picturesque village of Aitania which is very close to the city of Heraklion and our villas are the ideal base for exploring the area. Book one of our Villas now, experience authentic Cretan hospitality and enjoy the nature, tranquility and beauty of our area!

The Villa is located in the picturesque village of Aitania. In the center of the village, you can enjoy Cretan delicacies and raki in the traditional cafes of the square, under the shade of mulberry trees and oleanders. Just 13' by car from Karteros beach, 20' from Heraklion, 15' from Knossos and 15' from the airport. In 2 minutes by car there is a public doctor's office, two pharmacies, a gas station, taverns, a supermarket, (a mini market and a butcher's shop are also in our village)
