Recently(Dec 2018) renovated studio apartment, with a modern urban decoration, in perfect location in short walk to the center (600m) and the sea (700m). It has Smart TV with free Netflix & fast WiFi internet 20+Mbps. The bed has a super comfortable "California Sealy" american mattress & sateen sheets. We provide a complimentary Spring Water 500ml/guest, a Nesspreso Capsule/guest & a bottle of fine Greek wine & luxury bathroom amenities for all our quests. This studio is ideal for exploring Kalamata, since it is located in walking distance from Kalamata's main points of interest. It is fully renovated in late 2018 with tastefully picked furniture and decoration. The apartment is fully Air Conditioned & it also has environmental friendly heat recovery ventilation. It also has a small, but fully equipped, bathroom. Luxury bath amenities are included. We are certified for our services with ISO9001:2015. The apartment interior is designed by the famous architect Alexandros Kraniotis.
