This villa was built in 2007 in 3 levels. At the top floor there are two spaceous master bedrooms one with a jacuzzi and the other with hydromassage and a veranda with panoramic view of the surrounded area. At the ground floor there is a two-level living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, one master bedroom, one guest wc, fireplace and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. At the lower level there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of them equipped with hydromassage, a laundry room and a living room with a small kitchenette facing the swimming pool and BBQ area.
My name is Aris. I am a painter and love swimming. Both,painting and swimming, find their best expression in this area that l suggest you to visit. I am looking forward to meeting you and sharing with you the beauties of the place with my warm hospitality.
The villa is located in an upgraded neigbourhood surrounded by pinetrees' forest with easy access (on foot) to the most beautiful beaches of the area.
