Welcome! I trust that you will love you stay here as much as I enjoy to escape here. Watch your troubles melt away at this oasis. Michalis and Chantelle together with the cleaning, garden and maintenance team will ensure that the property and te villa are in excellent condition.

Take it easy at this brand new stylish hillside estate.The property is located on a gated estate with an olive grove and vegetable garden. Panoramic views to the mountains and the sea. The property has been designed to be in harmony with the surrounding landscape a combination of traditional and modern decor. Sleeps 8. Private swimming pool. Large covered outdoor dining, gas bbq and woodfire stove. Wi Fi. Fireplace. A short walk to Amiti beach. Away from the crowds. Onsite parking. We respect your privacy and understand that the location of this property away from the crowds is what makes it special. It is however a large property with a large garden and pool and requires regular maintenance. Property staff are available at our discretion for pool, garden or property maintenance to ensure that the standard of property is maintained for you and future guests and during stays longer than 4 days the villa will be cleaned during your stay. From May 2025 we plan to offer daily service. In the case of two guests only the basement apartment is not included or accessible.

Neighbourhood information

Akrotiri Estate is located 12km from the port of Naxos. As the name suggests it is on the hillside. There are amazing views to the mountains and the ocean. It is a short walk to Amiti beach which is much less touristic than the southern beaches. There is a cute beach bar there which sells snacks and drinks and sometimes has a DJ, games etc. There are tavernas in nearby villages of Galini and Engares. It is great spot to explore the island. It is the perfect place to calm the mind due to its lack of neighbours etc. A car is necessary to get around for getting to restaurants etc. The property is in a rural location and there is the possibility of encountering local wildlife. Children should be supervised in the garden and closed shoes are recommended.
