In the Ria Villa area, you will also find a private football court, a playground and a large parking lot with a capacity of up to 10 people. Ria Villa consists of 4 bedrooms with king-size beds, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 large living room, 3 separate spacious bathrooms and has a capacity of up to 8 people. Le Petit Villa consists of 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, a king-size sofa becoming a bed, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and haw a capacity of up to 4 people. Both Villas have a capacity of 12-13 people. There are also accessible for people with disabilities. The Villas are located 1 minute away from the sea (on foot), 4 minutes away from the city center and 10 minutes away from Aktion airport.
