This cosy little Cycladic authentic and modern house, provides a living area of 30m2 with a private roof top of 25m2. Located in a laid back hidden alley in the centre of the old town of Parikia and just a few steps away from the pedestrian market street. The built house is embracing the island’s tranquility by offering you everything you need within a few square meters and a veranda with heart opening views over a traditional Cycladic chapel and a little park full of pomegranate trees.
