My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other villas in 2012. Set atop the Cretan sea, Royal Garden Villas are a surreal paradise taking advantage of its location by offering sweeping views of the sea and the village of Bali. The buildings are clad in a white facade matching perfectly with Aegean blue colour of the sea in front and offering unrestricted access to the impressive view. Being close to the sandy beaches, the villa offers exclusive holiday experience and services to our guests. Enjoy tranquillity, comfort and luxuriousness in these exquisite and unique villas. -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Neighbourhood information

Royal Garden Villas are located next to a sandy organised beach in Bali village, a beautiful seafront village with a lovely view overlooking the Cretan Sea. It is one of the central location of the island of Crete and from here you can visit the whole island. It is 30 km from Rethymno and 51 km from Heraklion town. Bali has all kinds of shops such as supermarkets, pharmacies, traditional taverns, cafes, bars, beach bars and restaurants, etc where can be easily accessed from the villas.

The use of the pool heating system (which is available only in the 2-bedroom Villas) will cost additional 30€ per day and it needs to be paid in cash at your arrival, directly to the owner (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).
