The house is the ground floor of a beautiful two-family house. On the plot where the house is located and right in front of it, there is a free space of 300 sq.m., fenced, where our little guests can play safely. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 open-plan living room-kitchen. All rooms (except the bathroom) have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The accommodation is located in a lush, quiet environment with panoramic view of the sea and the island of Evia. 15km from the beautiful city of Chalkida with the unique phenomenon of "crazy waters" and 15km from the city of Oropos, which is connected to the island of Evia by ferry. The accommodation is located 550 meters from the sea and a small beach, which is visited only by the few residents of the area. In a very close distance there are other small, picturesque beaches.
