This spacious 70-square-metre maisonette boasts a private entrance and a private balcony, offering a comfortable and secluded living experience. The upper floor features a luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 metres, complete with an ensuite bathroom that includes a toilet but no shower. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower located on the ground floor for your convenience. An electric boiler provides ample hot water for your needs, while the air-conditioning units on both the upper and ground floors ensure that you stay cool and comfortable throughout your stay. In the living room, a double sofa-bed is available to accommodate additional guests.
