Spyros House is a 135sqm detached maisonette, carefully decorated and located at a peaceful corner of Agia Effimia village. It is a stylish and spacious accommodation with modern amenities that will make you feel at home. The house is located just 100m away from the sea and has wonderful views of the village's port. The house consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms which can accommodate up to 6 people, 2 bathrooms and a living space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a comfortable living room. On the upper floor there is a spacious balcony, where you will find an outdoor dinning area with great sea views, whereas on the ground floor there is a terrace with more outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy your meals.
I am Chara, the hostess of Spyros House, mother of two lovely boys. I am not originally from Kefalonia, but love brought me to the island which I adored from the first time as if it was my birthplace. I have been spending all my summers and holidays in the island, so I know most of its corners. I will be very glad to give you all the information and the tips that you will need in order to make your stay unforgettable! Spyros House is small, cosy and sunny house with astonishing sea views, which offer total relaxation. Located in a peaceful corner of the village of Agia Effimia gives you the opportunity to explore the beautiful village and is the perfect base for exploring the island!
The property is just 3 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the center of Agia Efimia where you can find all necessary amenities. The village of Agia Efimia is centrally placed on the island, so Spyros House can be the ideal base to explore it from north to south. However if you prefer to stay in the area, there is a variety of services, attractions and beaches to explore. In walking distance you can find a few beautiful pebble beaches with crystal clear waters, many traditional tavernas, bakeries, grocery store, butchers, coffee shops and bars as well as a post office, a pharmacy, hairdressers, souvenir shops, boat, car and bike rental and three ATMs. The property is only 8km away from famous Myrtos beach and Lake Melissani, just 12km from unique Antisamos beach and Drogarati Cave and 8km from the village and Port of Sami connecting with Italy and mainland.
