“To Karavi“ (the ship) how the owner named the house because of its unique shape, lies right at the beautiful coast between the towns of Koroni and Vasilitsi on the southwest of Peloponnese and has its own little beach. From the bedroom on the gallery you have a great view on the ocean. The big olive tree garden from where the stairs lead down to the private beach, invites you to romantic dinners beneath the stars with the best view on the ocean, the moon and the mountains of the Mani. Experience a special vacation in one of the most beautiful areas of the Mediterranen sea in a very unique and romantic home. The house was just finished in 2018 and is the realization of its owners and builders vision. The unique shape gives you total privacy from the street and neighbor houses. Also the private beach underneath the house is a very special feature. It is very quite there and gives you a chance to relax from a stressful day to day life. The terrace right by the coast invites you to a romantic dinner underneath moon light with an endless view on the sea.
Thanasis was born and raised in this area. His family is also working in the olive oil business since generations. With Neolivo the have created their own brand. Building this house has always been a big dream of his which came true in 2018 when he finished it. Thanasis wants his guests to enjoy this incredibly beautiful area in the most romantic house.
Also nearby is the beautiful Memi Beach. The house is about 3 km away from Koroni where you find supermarkets, bars, coffee shops, restaurants and shops at the harbor front and about 3 km from the village of Vasilitsi. Kalamata airport and the hospital is a 45 min car drive away.
