Company information

The Sakandaris family has been involved in tourism for several decades and we are still trying to improve our services. As everywhere we try to adapt to technologies and their conveniences. The most important thing still remains a pleasant, happy smile and personal contact. Work is our hobby. We are open to any discussion or questions. Babis is an athlete from an early age and has had windsurfing, diving, fishing and, of course, football. Lucia is more humane in books with history, philosophy and historical novels or thrillers. Of course she likes swimming and windsurfing as her husband. The island enchanted it with its rich history. In her time, she worked as a tourist guide not only around Samos, but in many important places around the world. If the hot summer days subside we will go somewhere for a pleasant walk in nature.

Studios Penelope is situated on a hill in Kokkari, which offers a beautiful view of the whole Kokkari and one of the most beautiful beach directly below the building. The location is extremely attractive for quietness. Nevertheless, it is very close to the center or the beach. The beach is only 2 minutes from the building and the town center is only 5 minutes’ walk. We try to keep the interior in a pleasant family spirit with a touch of history and tradition. For us, the satisfaction of our guests, safety and health are paramount. Although the reception is not directly in the building, but we are available whenever our guests need us. We can ensure even the smallest desire if we can. We value our guests and their time spent in our accommodation.

Neighbourhood information

Studios Penelope is perfectly located. The way to studios is not very easy at first glance. The way is narrower and at first glance may raise questions about whether it is right. Like everything that is not easy at first glance, it can pleasantly surprise you. Because the building is on a hill and it is the last building it has the possibility of beautiful scenery. The center is (by stairs) only 5 minutes walk. All souvenir shops, restaurants and bars are concentrated there. Kokkari is an old fishing village, which is still reminiscent of the beautiful decorations of old or unfinished wooden boats. The beach is important for every visitor and Studios Penelope is only a 2-minute`s walk from one of the most beautiful bay on the island. The bay has mostly calm water. There are sunbeds, showers and toilets.
