Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, enjoying amazing sunset to the Aegean sea A stylish one storey stone house, with amazing sea views to the sunset. It consists of an open plan kitchen & modern furnished living area and of 2 separate bedrooms each featuring a double bed. A spacious bathroom with a shower and a laundry room are within the property. The house opens up to a spacious covered veranda, for relaxing evenings, surrounded with colorful flowers (voukamvilia) . The house is part of a complex of 21 houses, thoughtfully designed to combine local architecture & modern comfort. Common, well-kept gardens, parking facilities, pool, private entrance of the compound add up to the comfort and ease of a laid back holiday. The fenced common pool of the property, is situated 50 m the left of the house, with access only to compound guests.

Neighbourhood information

Aprovato is located just 2,5 km from Batsi. The village is built on a hill, extending from (almost) sea - level to Kouvara, one of the highest points of the island and therefore comprises of Ano (upper) and Kato ( lower) Aprovato. It is located on the west side of the island and benefits of excellent climate and low humidity. Lush flora, water springs, old country cottages, mills and pigeon towers, numerous hiking paths define the area of Aprovato. Andros Routes trail Nr 9 runs through Aprovato towards Batsi, Pitrofos, Strapouries, Lamyra reaching finally Chora, (Andros town) Kato Aprovato is 30'min drive to Chora (town) of Andros, 10min to Batsi and to the sandy beaches of east Andros, 20min to the port (Gavrio). The use of car is considered essential. Parking is available within the resort, on covered designated space, 30m from the house entrance
