The two bedroom summer apartment is on the first floor of the building.
There are three more apartments on the same floor and a penthouse on top floor.
In front there is a shared pool and private parking.
The property is five minutes straight walk from the beach,restaurants,cafe and bakery.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AND NO LOUD MUSIC AT ALL TIMES.
