The Beach Villa is a luxury villa, set right on a sandy beach at the Northern end of Nidri on the East Coast of Lefkas - it has one of the most enviable locations on the island. Built on the waters edge on a beautiful plot of land, the setting could not be more magnificent. THIS VILLA IS ONE OF THE VERY FEW VILLAS THAT IS ACTUALLY ON A BEAUTIFUL SANDY BEACH ON THE ISLAND. FANTASTIC FOR DIRECT BOAT AND SWIMMING ACCESS INTO THE BEAUTIFUL IONIAN.
I am available if needed throughout your stay! I do not live on site, but can come by if requested. I live locally, just 5 minutes away and know the local area really well so I will be able to provide guests with personal recommendations on where to eat, places to visit, things to do etc to make the most of your stay!
Located on the beach in a quiet area just outside the main town. We have neighbours to one side of the property (who are rarely there) and a few passers by on the beach. The best part is that it's only a few minutes walk along the beach or road into the town for dinner! The fantastic location of The Beach Villa means that hiring a car is not necessary. You can walk into the town of Nidri in 5 minutes along the beach or the road. Of course, if you'd like to hire a car then you'll have the opportunity to explore what else this beautiful island has to offer.
