If you're looking for the perfect escape to the Mediterranean then this is it. Magnificent sea views from the bedrooms, lounge and from the many terraces. 200 year old stone villa, beautifully restored. Spacious. So peaceful. Sleeps 6 (3 bedrooms-2 with king size four poster beds, one with a double sofa bed which can sleep 2 people) plus 2 bathrooms. Unique Interior Designed. Airy. Tastefully decorated with antiques. Fully equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The third guest bedroom/cottage is detached and features a free standing bathtub with stunning views of the Messinian Bay.Different level gardens,Outdoor dinning, huge BBQ, outdoor Jaccuzi and a heated Pool.
Family of three living in Chelsea,London.We fell in love with this historic and unusual villa.We bought it in 2016 and spent two years renovating it.
Quiet and beautiful surroundings and breathtaking sea views. It is most importantly, a safe neighbourhood. Very well located as it is a 5 minute drive to clean and beautiful beaches and restaurants. It is a a 10 minute drive to Kalamata town and a 20 minute drive to Kardamili.
