Escape to a tranquil cottage house just a short 3 minute stroll from the sea or shops, nestled on an acre of blooming flowers, grapevines, herbs, and fruit trees. Wander through fragrant gardens, relax by the pond, and dine overlooking the private greenery. The internal walls are filled with original paintings and frescoes. A serene, artful escape for families and nature lovers alike.
The host was part of the Greek diaspora, and she lived and painted in the US for over 20 years prior to retiring back in her homeland. A selection of her original paintings and frescoes can be seen around the house. The garden is her favorite place to be, and many of the trees and vines were planted by her or her parents.
The house is on a quiet street, only a short walk to Nea Makri town center or the beach (3 minute walk). Also walking distance to kid play parks, an open air summer cinema, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and other shops.
