Topolia Villa is a traditional 1-bedroom house with a sharing pool and beautiful nature views in a complex of four houses in the charming village of Topolia. A few taverns, a bakery and two mini markets are found in very short walking distance. A sandy beach and the town of Kastelli with supermarkets, restaurants and everyday amenities are located 12 km away while Chania town is 45 km away. Topolia Villa offers an open plan living room area with a fireplace, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen. A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and washing machine is offered. Please note that the apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children on one main sofa bed and one additional corner sofa. A spacious private balcony with an outdoor dining table, sun loungers, and a wooden pergola are provided.
