Unique two-storey Villa with stunning open views over Petani Beach and breathtaking sunsets from both terraces. Come and discover the beauties of the Paliki Peninsula from our Villa Saint Emilianos: ideally located only 3.8km from award-winning Petani Beach and only 9.6 km from Lixouri port, the second largest city on the island of Kefalonia. Ideal for families with children. The space: The Villa comprises of two double bedrooms on the top floor, ideal for adult couples, as well as one twin bedroom with bunk beds. In the living room, there is also a large couch that doubles a sleeper couch where two adults can sleep, as well as one day bed that can sleep one adult. The Villa has a bathroom with toilet and shower both upstairs and downstairs. Guest access: Guests will have access to the full house as well as to the two balconies downstairs & upstairs, overlooking the Paliki Peninsula.
The Village of Vovykes is a very quiet location, comprised of only 20 houses, in a quaint location. The house is located at the end of a dead end.
