Villa 44 offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two bunk beds, ideal for families. The property is non-smoking, situated 3 minutes by walk from a private beach where the tenants will enjoy a private umbrella and sunbeds. The house offers a terrace and outdoor dining area with a garden view. Fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave with air-conditioning in every room offering bed linen, towels, laundry service, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen 55” TV.
