Property information

Villa Aliona sit’s in an elevated position overlooking the traditional, picturesque fishing village of Katelios. The views are absolutely stunning and with take your breath away, from Aliona you can see everything, from rolling countryside & mountains to the beautiful blues of the Ionian sea, she certainly does not disappoint! The whole ground floor is a bright and spacious living area furnished to a very high standard. A solid wood dining table and leather covered chairs sit next to the well equipped kitchen area which includes: electric cooker with 5 ring ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. All four bedrooms are on the first floor and have en-suite shower rooms, plenty of wardrobe space, bedside tables with lamps and access via sliding patio doors to a large sea view balcony. Outside there are plenty of seating areas, sun loungers and parasols round the pool, a purpose built BBQ. Pool size 4 x 8 m. Depth up to 1.50m. Parking space can fit up to 2 vehicles. Special requests and other details : * All twin beds in 3 bedrooms can be converted into double beds , please inform us in advance of your booking for such a request. *This is a traditional self catering villa, food or home supplies or daily maid is not included. Guests are responsible to bring their necessities. *Free cot & highchair (Please request prior to arrival at least 20 days of check in to secure availability, please bring your own cot linen). *Preparation & end of stay cleaning. *Towels change each 4 days, Bed Linen change every 7 days. Pool towels are also included in each stay. **If you are staying for 2 weeks, you will have a linen and towel change approximately half way through your holiday.

Neighbourhood information

The walk down to Katelios waterfront takes approximately 30 minutes – there is a supermarket, bakery, taverna’s and an ATM along the main road. The waterfront is popular and has some wonderful taverna’s and restaurant’s serving traditional Greek cuisine. You can hire sun loungers, parasols and also small motor boats – the perfect opportunity to explore more of the coast.
