This stunning holiday home is one of the best for location and views. It can host up to 9 people, it disposes of a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room with TV and netflix, free high speed wifi, as well as private parking for 4 cars. Villa ''By the Sea'' was built in 1991 inside a garden of 700 square meters, which borders from one side the sea, and there is where the name of the villa comes from. Wear your swimming suit, cross the garden, open the garden door, and through our private stairs jump into the sea! It's as simple as that. Ideal for families with young children, as the sea water is warm and shallow with sand, as well as for those dreaming of holidays in an evergreen garden, where they can enjoy privately their sunbathing next to the seashore, the barbecue, a dinner outdoors and - why not as well - sleep under the trees on our soft lawn, next to the breeze of the Mediterranean. And if at any moment you decide to go inside, then a modern house of 180 sq.meters on 3 floors with every comfort will be waiting to welcome you. Our neighbourhood is a quiet area right on the seashore of Kavos. Here, you will be able to enjoy direct access to the sea, while at the same time being only a few minutes away from all the hops, restaurants, bars and pubs of Kavos town. Across the main road you will find the Olive Grove Resort, were you are welcome to use the swimming pool and premises. This area is ideal for those looking to relax and to enjoy some piece and quiet, but at the same time to be close to the centre of the town and at walking distance to markets and shops. On the other side. only at a few kilometers distance, you will be able to find the ''other Corfu''; agricultural Lefkimmi with its perennial olive groves, planted in the 15th century during the Venetian ages occupancy, its olive presses, the vineyards that produce the local wine, the picturesque villages with the narrow streets, the churches, the traditional cafes and taverns where the local people enjoy the fresh fish and wine. Moreover, 2 Natura protected parks are waiting for anyone that wishes to visit them; the Saltmines of Lefkimmi and the cedar forest of Issos, next to lake Korission. Also, Arkoudilas mountain and forest, just one km away.
