Villa Elia is renovated traditional house in central Paxos, at Platanos village. It is located near o lot of beautiful beaches like Kaki Lagada, Alati, kipiadi, Kipos. The house's location offers a magnificient view of Ionian sea and mainlandm, creating calmness and tranquility. It feels like a true escape into the garden's olive groves and landscape's nature , enjoying them while swimming at the swimming pool. The house is fully equipped, providing a convenient and pleasant stay. The house has two floors. The ground floor contains a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Η βίλλα "Ελιά" είναι ένα ανακαινισμένο πέτρινο σπίτι στο κέντρο των Παξών. Βρίσκεται μέσα στον ελαιώνα, στο χωριό Πλάτανος. Έχει θέα το Ιόνιο πέλαγος και τις ηπειρωτικές ακτές. Απέχει μόνο μερικά λεπτά από τις όμορφες παραλίες Κακή Λαγκάδα, Αλάτι, Κιπιάδι, Κήπο. Πολύ κοντά από το σπίτι, ακόμη και με τα πόδια,μπορεί κάποιος να βρει μίνι μάρκετ καθώς και δύο ταβέρνες. Στο κέντρο του χωριού υπάρχει γήπεδο τένις. Η γύρω περιοχή προσφέρεται για περπάτημα εντός του ελαιώνα μέσα από γραφικά μονοπάτια.
