Welcome to the ‘Villa in the sea Crete’ ! The villa is located at a distance of 50m from the sea, with the view of the endless sunset and the combination of the sea and the mountains in the picturesque and quiet village of Stavros, at Akrotiri peninsula in Chania, which is on the North West of Crete. Stavros lies approximately 8km away from the airport, 10km from the port of Souda and 15km from the historical, cosmopolitan seaside city of Chania, former capital of Crete, that counts over 110.000 citizens.

It’s a 160m2 maisonette, situated in a safe and fenced off area of 800m2 that includes another small house of 33m2 for the gardener and the guard of the house. The upper panoramic floor consists of three double rooms with spacious wardrobes, tv, one large bathroom and balconies, that face both the East and the West with views of the sunrise and the sunset, the mountain and the sea. The ground floor is open-plan with a kitchen, american bar, bathroom, dining and living room with room for 8 people as it is illustrated in the photos. The sitting room includes two sofas that can turn into two comfortable beds. The house has an office including internet. Outside the villa, in the East and West, there are two outdoor sitting areas and a further outdoor dining area for 8 people. The area surrounding the villa is planted with grass and flowers for recreation and sunbathing on the sunbeds provided. The atrium-kiosk with the view of the sea has a bench for the kitchen cutlery and barbeque where the guests can dine and enjoy themselves, having quiet and memorable nights by the sea and admire the sunset.
