Villa Irene is a detached villa located at the top row of the Kalathos Heights villa community with captivating views of the Aegean sea and surrounding countryside. Situated in a private and tranquil location, the gated entrance and secluded location allows guests to enjoy escaping into their own world. A car is essential. The location is ideal with Kalathos beach only a few minutes by car and the wonderful historic town of Lindos is 10 mins by car. All the amenities needed are close by including a large supermarket (5 mins by car), 2 petrol stations, a bakery, chemist in addition to a number of local taverna's and bars. Sunrises at Villa Irene are breath taking. A rising moon is also a spectacular sight if you catch this part of the lunar cycle. The peaceful location brings in Roe deer which can be spotted in the countryside behind Irene. With a choice of 3 balconies, a sun terrace and shaded terrace, guests have a choice of where to dine, have cocktails or a enjoy a prosecco. We provide a free welcome hamper for guests to get the holiday started. There are number of local walks around each with their own gorgeous views. Kalathos heights is a unique neighbourhood with villas of different styles and colours, each with beautiful planting and well maintained grounds. At the bottom of the hill are a number of tavernas, a fantastic Greek bakery and cafe, pharmacy and mini market by the petrol station. More tavernas are located along the beach road offering a greater choice to suit all tastes. The main supermarket is a 5 minute drive. The stunning traditional Greek village of Kalathos is a walk away.
