Company information

Villa Koutsakis was built by Basil and Anastasia Koutsakis in 2003. Since then, many guests have enjoyed the beauty of Chrisostomos from our spacious terraces overlooking the sea. The Villa is currently being run by Rania Koutsakis with the assistance of her mother, Anastasia. We hope to welcome you to our beautiful Villa very soon!

Property information

Villa Koutsakis is a beachside hotel facing the Aegean Sea, only a few meters from Chrisostomos Beach. The amazing view, the clean waters and the sound of the sea is what makes our hotel special. Guests can enjoy swimming, hiking and lounging on the beach. Boating and diving excursions can also be arranged for our guests. There is a small tavern/restaurant as well where the guests can enjoy Greek Cuisine.

Neighbourhood information

We are located in Chrisostomos Beach in southern Crete, about a 8 minute drive from the small beach town of Kali Limenes. The area is a little off the beaten path but we do have a few restaurants, tavernas and cafes very close by. There is also a bi-weekly grocery delivery if you would prefer to cook for yourself. Our Taverna is open from 8 am to 10 pm daily. There are also a restaurant and a restaurant/cafe in Karavovrisi which is just a 3 minute drive away. There are a few more restaurants and cafes as well as a small grocery shop in Kali Limenes which is just 8 minutes drive away. This is the perfect place to enjoy the beach and the peace and quiet of nature.
