Villa Marie is a sea view 3-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool of about 30 sqm and a lovely sea view patio. It is located in a peaceful location between the traditional villages of Adele and Agia Triada, about 4 km from the sandy beach of Sfakaki and 15 minutes away from the picturesque town of Rethymno. A car is needed for your holidays to explore the beautiful surroundings and the sights of Crete. The lovely pool, equipped with comfortable sun loungers and sun umbrellas, lush gardens and a pergola add to the villa's inviting atmosphere. Next to the pool, you can find a wooden gazebo with a round marble table and chairs, surrounded by gardens, perfect for morning coffee and sunset drinks. An additional pergola with a spacious dining table and a traditional stone-built barbecue is provided as well. Villa Marie is located on the top floor of a small building, accessible with an outdoor staircase. The ground floor is used as a storage space. Inside, on the top floor, an open plan area with a living room corner with a smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining table are provided. You can also step out onto one of two private balconies, each furnished with a small dining table, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks while enjoying the sea views. One bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with twin beds are offered, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Six guests can be very well accommodated in the three bedrooms.

A short drive from the Villa Marie takes you to the sandy beach of Platanes, as well as the nearby beaches of Adelianos Kampos and Sfakaki, which offer peaceful escapes along with opportunities for water activities.
