Villa Periklis is located in Nea Madytos,15km from the nearest seaside resort of Stavros. The 2500sq m of garden ensures calmness & privacy for families. Visitors can enjoy in Stavros local seafood restaurants, exquisite octopus and mussels, fresh fish, local ouzo & tsipouro by the sea! You can always buy the famous traditional products from Halkidiki and extra fine olive oil. Other seaside resorts like Asprovalta and Olympiada are within minutes drive from Stavros.

Η γειτονιά είναι πάρα πολύ ήσυχη, 2 λεπτά από το χωριό της Μάδυτου αποτελεί τον τέλειο προορισμό για ήσυχες διακοπές. Το ικόπεδο του σπιτιού προσφέρει Πάρκινγκ για 2 αυτοκίνητα εκτός και άλλα 2 εντός.
