Terra Nuova Villa is located in the beautiful Kalyves, a seaside village very close to Chania city. Inspired by the Cretan land, the villa aims to provide an authentic experience of harmony and relaxation. Materials as stone and wood combined with earthy tones and modern details aim to provide a unique atmosphere for its guests.
We are a young couple starting our life in Crete! For us, building a home in Kalyves has been a dream since we were children and it finally became a reality! Now we invite you to join us in this amazing experience with us at this mythical island!
Our neighbourhood is very quiet with many family houses around and lots of olive trees.
