Villa Thalia Katerina is a detached vacation rental property located in Trapezaki, Kefalonia. Villa Thalia Katerina can sleep up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool (South Facing) with barbecue and sea views. Villa Katerina has a large open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area. Patio doors lead out onto a terrace shaded by pergola by the swimming pool and barbecue area. There are panoramic views to the ocean and spectacular sunsets. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom and an adjacent shower room. On the first floor the en suite master bedroom has doors leading out onto a balcony. The twin room is also en suite with doors out to the balcony. Outside there are shady gardens and a covered private parking area. Please note that the air conditioning units can only be used at a minimum temperature of 24c. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
